AUGUSTA – A free concert for Maine veterans will be presented from 2 to 6 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 20, at Togus Veterans Affairs Medical Center.

Performing will be Johnny D and the Rockets, classic rock and rhythm and blues; Firewater Creek, country music; and The Distributors, classic rock, rock ‘n’ roll and blues.

Any proceeds will be donated to the medical center for adaptable sports equipment used by disabled veterans. The medical center is at 1 VA Center.
