WHITEFIELD – The Maine Academy of Country Music will put on a country music entertainment and public supper Sunday, Oct. 5, at Kings Mills Union Hall.

The event will run from 2 to 4 p.m., followed by an open country music jam with a back-up band until 6 p.m. and a New England boiled dinner.

Admission, including dinner, is $8 per person, $4 for children under 10; or $7/$3 in advance before Oct. 1. For pre-paid tickets: MACM public supper P.O. box 477, Clinton, Maine 04927-0477. The hall is on Town House Road.
