BATH – Repeat hitters Dave Parsons, Mike Boulanger, Ralph Eugley and Tom Laudina help direct the Downeast Dodgers to a 10-2 victory over Dick Hill’s Maine Braves in the championship game of the Roy Hobbs Maine Woods Senior Men’s Baseball League at Kelly Field last weekend.
Winning pitcher Brian Stowell tossed five innings of shutout baseball. Manager Eric McFarland helped guide the Dodgers, who played excellent defense, to victory.
The Braves’ Gary Goodrich was the losing pitcher.
