OXFORD – Tom Cushman’s quote was misinterpreted in a story that ran on page A7 Friday, Oct. 3. He did not say he believed the casino would not be good for the town because it would harm people with low incomes. Cushman is neither for nor against the proposed casino. It was a reporting error.
