MANCHESTER, N.H. (AP) – New Hampshire’s Republican Party went to court on Election Day to complain its observers were not allowed to get close enough to watch new voter registrations.
After an emergency hearing, Judge Gillian Abramson ruled that political party observers should be allowed to stand close enough to see and hear the process.
The GOP cited specific problems in Manchester, but said it was happening statewide.
