PORTLAND – Boston Red Sox great Luis Tiant will make an appearance 8 p.m.. Saturday at Portland Boxing Club, 772 Stevens Ave. Tiant will sign photos and baseballs, with proceeds to benefit the club. Advance tickets, including reserved seating, are on sale at Bruno’s Restaurant, 33 Allen Ave., in Portland. Tickets also will be available at the door .
