AUBURN – The Auburn Avalanche Peewee House Hockey team used a strong team effort and balanced scoring Saturday to defeat Lewiston Black, 4-1, at Ingersoll Arena. The Avalanche spread out the offense with goals from Cameron Berube, Kevin Knight, Tyler Couture and Branden Dyer. Assists were credited to Kyle Knight, Dylan Decker and Colin Benson.

Goalie Nick Hemond turned in another strong outing between the pipes for the Avalanche.

Lewiston Black picked up a goal by Andrew Marcous.

The Avalanche return to action against Midcoast No. 2 next weekend.
