RUMFORD – The locations of three medical centers that will participate in an integrated mental health and physical health grant received by Tri-County Mental Health Services were unclear in a story that ran in the River Valley edition on Dec. 10. The three medical centers are Swift River Health Care and River Valley Internal Medicine, located in Rumford, and the Elsemore Dixfield Center in Dixfield. It was a source error.
