LEWISTON – The Lewiston Jr. Maineiacs Peewee Travel ‘B’ hockey team earned four wins over the holiday vacation week.

Goalie Caleb Dostie picked up the shutout against Casco Bay. Matt Keaney scored both goals in the 2-0 triumph, each assisted by Ethan Cailler.

Dostie blanked Bangor in the next outing, also by a 2-0 count. Cailler collected the two goals with assists from Cam Boucher and Keaney.

Lewiston roared to a four-goal, first-period lead against Biddeford and held on for a 4-3 win. Keaney scored first with an assist from Boucher. Austin Smith was next with assists from Keaney and Cailler. Devin Harrison made it 3-0 with the help of Caleb Labrie and Griffin Morin. Brady Cusson capped the uprising with assistance from Reid Pomerleau.

Keaney notched a hat trick, including two empty-net goals, in a 5-1 victory over Auburn. Cailler and Smith assisted Keaney’s first goal. In the second period, Cailler converted with help from Boucher. Harrison cashed in assists from Labrie and Morin to increase Lewiston’s edge.
