TURNER – Run ‘N’ Gun took sole position of first place in the Leavitt men’s basketball league, rolling over Shooters, 133-73. Jon Wallingford dropped nine 3-pointers to fuel his 42 points. Lance Poland added 34 and Pat Dempsey 33 in the convincing victory. Dave St. Germain dropped in 29 for Shooters.

Ben Alpren moved into a tie for second spot with a 102-72 win over St. Hilaire’s. Josh Morin and James Whirley led the balanced attack with 19 points apiece. Chris Williamson and Brandon Kyajohnian both added 18. Justin Perron tallied 24 for Hilaire’s.

Liberty Mutual rallied from a halftime deficit for an 82-66 triumph over previously undefeated Ranor. Kevin Gallant tallied 31 points to propel Liberty. Aaron St. Pierre chalked up 20 points for Ranor.

Lloyd’s Land got into the win column with a tough, 90-76 victory over Affiliates. Jerod Verrill poured in 30 for Lloyd’s. Matt McDonald chipped in 24. Fred Diligent and Justin Underwood both tallied 29 for Affiliates.
