AUBURN – The Auburn Avalanche Peewee House Hockey team continued its solid team play with a 3-1 victory over Biddeford on Sunday.

Biddeford got on the board at 4:33 of the first period, with John Maguire getting the unassisted goal.

The Avalanche pulled even at 8:33 of the second period on a goal by Tyler Couture, assisted by Dylan Decker and Kevin Knight.

The Avs struck again with 1:55 remainingt in the second period on a goal by Ryan Lavoie, Mitchell Spurr was credited with the assist.

Branden Dyer’s unassisted goal provided insurance in the third period. Goalie Nick Hemond had another strong game in net for the Avalanche.
