LEWISTON – The following cases were closed recently in Androscoggin County Superior Court:
Antonio Abreu, 38, Lewiston, aggravated assault on Sept. 12, 2005, probation violation, sentenced to six days, probation partially revoked and continued.
Dwayne Lee Adams, 36, Lewiston, assault on April 24, dismissed, criminal threatening on April 24, found guilty, sentenced to 120 days.
Joshua G. Allen, 25, Auburn, disorderly conduct on Jan. 26, found guilty, fined $150.
Naomi M. Anderson, 43, Augusta, aggravated operating after habitual offender revocation, operating under the influence causing injury or death on Dec. 23, 2006, fined $1,000, sentenced to one year; second count fined $2,100, sentenced to one year, license suspended for 10 years, registration suspended.
Yolanda Anyanwu, 35, Auburn, criminal trespass on March 8, found guilty, sentenced to four days.
Yolanda K. Anyanwu, 35, Auburn, unlawful possession of scheduled drugs on Dec. 8, 2006, probation violation, sentenced to 45 days, probation partially revoked and continued.
Marina A. Apodaca, 21, Auburn, criminal mischief on Sept. 24, 2007, found guilty, fined $150.
Kenneth Arnold, 40, Lewiston, terrorizing on June 5, 2004, probation violation, sentenced to four months, probation partially revoked and continued.
John R. Aube, 42, Lewiston, unlawful furnishing of scheduled drugs, unlawful possession of scheduled drugs on March 3, 2006, first count dismissed, second count found guilty, fined $500.
Paul Ernest Aube, 51, Lewiston, trafficking in prison contraband, assault on Nov. 20, 2007, first count dismissed, second count found guilty, fined $300.
Ryan Lee Batchelder, 24, Turner, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and forgery on Sept. 11, 2007, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Sept. 21, 2007, found guilty, sentenced to three years and six months with all but one year suspended, two years probation, $500 restitution.
Ryan Lee Batchelder, 24, Turner, forgery on Oct. 13, 2007, found guilty, sentenced to three years and six months with all but one year suspended, two years probation, $500 restitution.
Ryan Lee Batchelder, 24, Turner, forgery and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on on Dec. 27, found guilty, sentenced to three years and six months with all but one year suspended, two years probation, $500 restitution.
Andrew N. Bailey, 26, Turner, criminal threatening on Aug. 21, dismissed.
Tarl Bailey, 35, Bowdoinham, theft by receiving stolen property on April 23, 2004, probation violation, sentenced to 30 days, probation partially revoked and continued.
Joshua Allen Baker, 27, Auburn, robbery on Jan. 18, found guilty, sentenced to two years.
Charles Allen Barnes Jr., 31, Lewiston, domestic violence and assault on April 4, found guilty, sentenced to 120 days with all suspended, probation for one year.
Deanna Bean, 47, Lisbon Falls, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs on Feb. 5, found guilty, fined $400, sentenced to three years with all but four months suspended, two years probation.
Brant Becker, 43, Arundel, operating under the influence on Feb. 27, dismissed.
Christopher R. Belanger, 18, Auburn, domestic violence and assault, disorderly conduct on April 26, first count dismissed, found guilty on second count, fined $100.
Joseph James Benfante, 27, Lewiston, attempting to commit a class A crime on Sept. 24, 2002, probation violation, sentenced to 16 months, probation revoked.
Jeremy Bennett, 30, Auburn, assault on July 28, 2007, dismissed.
Suzzanah Benoit, 19, Sweden, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on March 29, filed with cost, fined $100.
