Rundlett, 23, Jay, burglary, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Nov. 17, 2006; burglary, theft by unauthorized taking on Jan. 6, 2007, burglary on April 2, 2007; burglary, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on July 3, 2008; two counts of burglary, two counts of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on May 2, 2008; burglary, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on May 11, 2008; burglary, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on June 18, 2008; burglary, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on June 21, 2008, both charges dismissed; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on June 22, 2008; criminal trespass on June 23, 2008; burglary on June 27, 2008; burglary, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, two counts of criminal mischief on July 4, 2008; burglary, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on July 27; case continued for sentencing on all but the dismissed charges.

Rundlett, 23, Jay, burglary, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on June 15, 2007, both charges dismissed; burglary on April 1, 2007; two counts of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on June 15, 2007; burglary on June 1, 2007; burglary, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on March 1, 2007; case continued for sentencing on all but the dismissed charges.

Brandon E. Ryder, 25, Chesterville, unlawful possession of Oxycodone on Jan. 30, 2008, dismissed.

Corey Shaw, 26, Jay, operating under the influence, violating condition of release on April 25, 2008, found guilty on first charge, fined $500, sentenced to seven days, license suspended 90 days.

Kenneth D. Shaw, 44, Kingfield, operating while license suspended or revoked-prior, attaching false plates on March 31, 2008, found guilty on first charge, fined $700; second charge dismissed.

Christopher J. Smith, 20, Phillips, motor vehicle speeding: 30-plus mph over speed limit on May 29, 2008, dismissed.

Matthew D. Smith, 28, Farmington, domestic violence assault, disorderly conduct-offensive words-gestures on July 14, 2008, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, unconditional discharge.

Mattheau Soha-Girardin, 21, North Jay, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, unlawful furnishing scheduled drug on May 9, 2007, found guilty on both charges, sentenced to six months each charge.

Elizabeth Sparrow, 45, Farmington, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on March 6, 2008, found guilty, fined $300.

Hope Stenson, 40, Farmington, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer-priors, violating condition of release, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on June 12, 2008, first and second charges dismissed, found guilty on third charge, sentenced to 30 days.

Robert G. Stinchfield, 35, Buckfield, operating under the influence, driving to endanger on March 29, 2008, first charge dismissed, remaining case continued for sentencing.

Roger Y. Theriault, 56, Lisbon Falls, operating under the influence-one prior, driving to endanger on April 16, 2008, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, fined $700, license suspended 90 days.

Scott C. Therrien, 39, Jay, violating condition of release on Aug. 18, 2008, found guilty, fined $100.

Sara A. Welch, 20, Chesterville, unlawful furnishing of scheduled drug on Aug. 12, 2008, dismissed; unlawful possession of scheduled drug on Aug. 14, 2008, found guilty, fined $400.

Robert A. Whittemore, 58, Jay, aggravated trafficking of scheduled drugs, aggravated cultivating of marijuana on Sept. 24, 2007, both charges dismissed.

Amanda Wilcox, 27, Avon, tampering with witness, informant, juror or victim on April 14, 2008, dismissed.

Timothy D. Witham, 22, Wilton, manslaughter on March 16, 2004, sentenced to six months, probation partially revoked and continued.

Guy H. Woods, 61, Stratton, assault on Nov. 21, 2006, found guilty, fined $300.

Joshua Woodward, 28, Rangeley, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Nov. 30, 2007, found guilty, sentenced to seven days, restitution of $360.

Thai H. Wright Sinkinson, 31, Industry, operating under the influence, reckless conduct on Aug. 17, 2007, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, fined $500.
