Brandon E. Ryder, 25, Chesterville, unlawful possession of Oxycodone on Jan. 30, 2008, dismissed.
Corey Shaw, 26, Jay, operating under the influence, violating condition of release on April 25, 2008, found guilty on first charge, fined $500, sentenced to seven days, license suspended 90 days.
Kenneth D. Shaw, 44, Kingfield, operating while license suspended or revoked-prior, attaching false plates on March 31, 2008, found guilty on first charge, fined $700; second charge dismissed.
Christopher J. Smith, 20, Phillips, motor vehicle speeding: 30-plus mph over speed limit on May 29, 2008, dismissed.
Matthew D. Smith, 28, Farmington, domestic violence assault, disorderly conduct-offensive words-gestures on July 14, 2008, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, unconditional discharge.
Mattheau Soha-Girardin, 21, North Jay, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, unlawful furnishing scheduled drug on May 9, 2007, found guilty on both charges, sentenced to six months each charge.
Elizabeth Sparrow, 45, Farmington, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on March 6, 2008, found guilty, fined $300.

Timothy D. Witham, 22, Wilton, manslaughter on March 16, 2004, sentenced to six months, probation partially revoked and continued.
Guy H. Woods, 61, Stratton, assault on Nov. 21, 2006, found guilty, fined $300.
Joshua Woodward, 28, Rangeley, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Nov. 30, 2007, found guilty, sentenced to seven days, restitution of $360.
Thai H. Wright Sinkinson, 31, Industry, operating under the influence, reckless conduct on Aug. 17, 2007, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, fined $500.
