PORTLAND – The following were among the Cumberland County grand jury indictments announced Friday by the county district attorney’s office.
Michael A. Skarbinski, 48, Naples, theft by deception, two counts of criminal attempted theft by deception and three counts of making and subscribing a false statement in an income tax return in April 2008 and May 2008.
Elizabeth A. Skarbinski, 44, Naples, theft by deception, two counts of criminal attempted theft by deception and three counts of making and subscribing a false statement in an income tax return in April 2008 and May 2008.
Keith Bennett, 45, New Gloucester, aggravated trafficking cocaine within 1,000 feet of school on Dec. 9, 2008.
Ethan Keary, 25, Casco, gross sexual assault on Nov. 3, 2008.
Kathleen Leydon, 54, South Bridgton, operating under the influence-two priors on Jan 22.
Mark Ramsdell, 50, Rumford, habitual offender-operating under the influence on Jan. 17.
Vincent Steed, 27, Auburn, operating under the influence-two priors and operating after suspension on Dec. 3, 2008.
Michael Webster, 21, Poland Spring, theft of services on June 4, 2008.
Patrick West, 55, Bridgton, operating under the influence, leaving the scene of an accident and reckless conduct with a weapon on Oct. 3, 2008.
