FARMINGTON – The following cases were closed recently in the Franklin County Superior Court:

Ronald Gleason, 36, Wilton, assault on Nov. 2, 2008, not guilty.

Roy L. Gordon, 38, Farmington, unlawful possession of scheduled drug on Aug. 1, 2008; case continued for sentencing.

David R. Goulette, 44, Wilton, N.H., operating under the influence on Nov. 9, 2008, found guilty, fined $500, license suspended 90 days.

David R. Goulette, 44, Wilton, N.H., violating condition of release on Jan. 7, 2009, dismissed.

Roderick Grose, 37, Chesterville, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs on April 6, 2005, probation violation, sentenced to two years, probation partially revoked, probation continued.

Marvin Grover, 48, Farmington, aggravated operating after habitual offender revocation, priors, operating under the influence-no test, one prior, failing to notify of motor vehicle accident, violating condition of release on Jan. 17, 2009, first charge found guilty, fined $1,000, sentenced to four years; second, third, and fourth charges dismissed.

Marvin Grover Jr., 48, Wilton, operating after habitual offender revocation on Sept. 7, 2008, found guilty, fined $500, sentenced to 30 days.

Ryan M. Haley, 22, New Vineyard, assault on July 22, 2007, found guilty, sentenced to 120 days, all suspended.

Sean E. Haley, 26, Phillips, criminal conspiracy on Aug. 5, 2006, fined $400, sentenced to two years, all but four months suspended, two years probation.

Duane Hanson, 19, Livermore Falls, violating protective order on Sept. 8, 2008, dismissed.

Duane Hanson, 19, Livermore Falls, operating under the influence, violating condition of release, operating vehicle without license on Oct. 28, 2008, first charge found guilty, fined $500, license suspended 90 days; second and third charges dismissed.

James V. Harris, 26, Temple, theft by unauthorized use of property, operating under the influence-no test, one prior on Aug. 30, 2008, first charge found guilty, fined $500, sentenced to 48 hours; second charge dismissed.

Zachary R. Heath, 19, West Farmington, 20 charges burglary, violating condition of release, two charges criminal mischief on June 17, 2008, first, second, third, fourth and fifth charges dismissed; sixth, seventh, eighth, ninth and 10th charges found guilty on all, each sentenced to three years, all but six months suspended, two years probation, restitution of $8595.18; 11th, 12th, 13th, 14th, 15th charges dismissed; 16, 17th, 18th, 19th and 10th charges found guilty, each sentenced to three years, all but six months suspended, two years probation, restitution of $8595.18; 28th charge dismissed; 29th charge found guilty, sentenced to 90 days; 30 charge found guilty, sentenced to 90 days.

Zachary R. Heath, 19, West Farmington, 11 charges criminal mischief on June 17, 2008, found guilty on all charges, sentenced to 90 days each charge.

Heath, 19, West Farmington, theft by unauthorized use of property, violating condition of release, operating while license suspended or revoked, prior, failing to notify of motor vehicle accident on Aug. 15, 2008, first and second charges dismissed; third charge found guilty, fined $250; fourth charge found guilty, fined $2,355.

Scott W. Heikkinen, 45, Jay, unlawful possession of hydrocodone, operating under the influence-one prior, unlawful possession of scheduled drug on July 28, 2008, unlawful possession of scheduled drug on Feb. 2, 2009, first charge dismissed; second charge found guilty, fined $500, license suspended 90 days; third charge dismissed; fourth charge found guilty, fined $400.

James D. Hodges, 36, Lewiston, indecent conduct on Sept. 27, 2008, dismissed.

Frank E. Howard, 45, Strong, two charges domestic violence assault on Oct. 8, 2008, first charge found guilty, sentenced to 180 days, all suspended, one year probation; second charge dismissed.

Rae Lynn Jackson, 44, Salem, operating under the influence on Nov. 8, 2008, found guilty, fined $500, sentenced to 48 hours, license suspended 90 days.

Joshua Jalbert, 21, Farmington, violating condition of release on Dec. 26, 2008, dismissed.

Joshua E. Jalbert, 21, Farmington, allowing minor to possess or consume liquor on Aug. 12, 2008, dismissed.

Tyrus James, 23, Strafford, N.H., unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs on Oct. 5, 2008, found guilty, fined $500, sentenced to seven days.

Farren W. Jewell, 42, Livermore Falls, domestic violence terrorizing on Aug. 13, 2008, found guilty, sentenced to seven days.
