FRAMINGHAM, Mass. (AP) – A 19-year-old Framingham man has been charged with murder after a fatal stabbing during a party in Framingham.

Police say Dan Gonzalez stabbed 22-year-old Geoffrey McKinnon multiple times inside an apartment on Grant Street just after 4 a.m. Sunday.

McKinnon was taken to the MetroWest Medical Center. Authorities say he died while undergoing surgery at about 8:15 a.m.

McKinnon is charged with first-degree murder. He is scheduled to be arraigned on Monday in Framingham District Court.
