- West Minot Grange 42 has held its first strawberry festival, featuring strawberry pies, strawberry sundaes and strawberry shortcake. Members made seven batches of ice cream and whipped 15 pints of heavy cream. The women prepared 30 quarts of strawberry sauce and used 100 biscuits. Most items were donated and Lana Wheeler, second-year graphic arts student, designed the posters and banner. From left are Cara Wheeler, Tia Cote, Hailee Cote and Lana Wheeler.
