HARTFORD, Conn. (AP) – A second lawsuit has been filed against an exclusive Connecticut boarding school where a former dean has been charged with molesting three students.

Susan Smith, a lawyer for a former student, filed a lawsuit Thursday against The Gunnery. The suit includes graphic descriptions of the alleged abuse.

The family of another former student sued the school and its former dean of students, Richard Reinhardt, last week over what it says were “repeated” abuses.

Reinhardt of Telford, Pa., was fired in June after allegations surfaced that he abused boys at the school. He had been a faculty member at the 159-year-old school since 1996.

Reinhardt has denied the allegations. He was arraigned earlier this month on charges including sexual assault and risk of injury to minors.
