- West Paris Grange 298 gave the Community Citizens Award to Joseph Perham, right, recently. Maine State Grange Master James Owens of Bingham made the presentation. Perham is a retired school teacher and minister as well as a famous Maine humorist, singer and guitarist. He and his wife, Peggy Grover Perham, have served the community for many years.
