AUBURN — A celebration of life service for Dr. John A. James was held Saturday at High Street Congregational Church under the direction of the Fortin Group Funeral Home. The Rev. Deborah Breault officiated. Words of remembrance were shared by Marion Claxton, chaplain of Androscoggin Home Care and Hospice, Caitlin Dowe-Sandes, granddaughter, and Judy Upham, daughter.
