Richard L. Nadeau
SABATTUS — A Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated Friday for Richard L. Nadeau at Our Lady of the Rosary Church after prayers at The Fortin Group Funeral Home. The Rev. Lionel Chouinard officiated and recited committal prayers at St. Peter’s Cemetery. Scripture readings were done by his grandaughter, Jenna Langlais and grandson, Justin Nadeau. Gifts were were presented to the altar by three of his grandchildren Bradley McLellan, Alexis and Misti Damon. The eulogy was given by his grandaughter Chantel McLellan and his brother Roger. His daughter-in-law Irene lead family and friends in singing “Amazing Grace” at the committal. Pallbearers were Richard Nadeau, Justin Nadeau, Sean McLellan, Devin McLellan, Leonard Damon and Mitch Lavallee. Online guestbook may be viewed at www.mem.com.
