WALES — Funeral services were held Monday, Nov. 16, at the Wales Presbyterian Church for Alice Ellen Gray Sanborn.
The Rev. Rick Ness from the Wales Presbyterian Church officiated at the service. Organist Bethany Chick played hymns “How Great Thou Art” and “O Master Let Me Walk with Thee.” Soloist Steve Roy sang “On Eagles Wings” and soloist Bethany Chick sang “I Can only Imagine.”
Scripture readings were Psalm 23 and John 14:8. The Rev. Rick Ness read the Eulogy. Remembrances were shared by Darryl Johnson from the Wales Presbyterian Church, Stuart Price from the Rural Community Action Ministry, Lee Abrahamson from Bates College, Barbara Sanborn, Brian Sanborn, son, Carolyn Reeverts and Lynne Brooks, both family. A light luncheon was served at the Youth Center. Interment at Pleasant Hill Cemetery, Sabattus.
