Monmouth — A service of remembrance and thanksgiving for the life of Kenneth Webster Frost was held Friday afternoon at Monmouth Ridge Cemetery, Monmouth. The Reverend Desmond Parker of the East Monmouth United Church officiated at the service. Scripture readings were Psalms 23 and St. John 14. Special memories were shared by family and friends. Interment at Monmouth Ridge Cemetery, Monmouth
