A survey by the conservative Young America’s Foundation has detected one in graduation speaker invitations.

Nine Obama administration officials were invited to speak at commencement exercises at the nation’s 100 top-ranked universities this year. That compares to 14 Bush administration officials — over his entire eight years in office.
Members of the media and actors also were popular. House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, Bill Clinton, and retired Supreme Court Justice David H. Souter spoke.
None of the conservatives on the court got an invite, while even Alec Baldwin got one at New York University.

Sheesh. That hurts.
Maybe Bates College can balance that Jane Pauley invite by getting a conservative next year.
