Carlos Alvarado Mejia of Oxford was named to the dean’s list for the 2010 spring semester at Messiah College, Grantham, Pa. Mejia is a junior majoring in music education.

Dean’s list is earned by receiving a 3.6 grade point average or higher on a 4.0 scale.
