LEWISTON — Modern Woodmen of America’s District Office at 184 Webster St. will sponsor several activities during August for members and their guests.
Camp 12749: Thursday, Aug. 5, 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., lunch, Lewiston Mandarin, Sabattus Street.
Camp 8609: Wednesday, Aug. 11, 4 to 7 p.m., Grid Iron, 1567 Lisbon St.
Camp 14437: Wednesday, Aug. 18, 3 to 7 p.m., Dairy Joy, Campus Avenue, Lewiston or Spring Street, Auburn.
Camp 12907: Saturday, Aug. 21, 6 p.m., Portland Seadogs versus Trenton Thunder, Hadlock Field, Portland, section 502.
Camp 10589: Tuesday, Aug. 24, 4 to 7 p.m., Taber’s Lakeside Stand, Lakeshore Drive, Auburn.
Camp 10929: Tuesday, Aug 31, 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m., Aris Pizza, 457 Main St., Norway.
Camp 14346: Sunday, Sept. 5, Boston Red Sox versus Chicago White Sox, Fenway Park, Boston. Bus leaves Lewiston at 7:30 a.m. Game at 1:30 p.m.
Limited tickets are available for Aquaboggan, combination Funtown/Splashtown, Funtown, Splashtown, Water Country and York Animal Kingdom.
Tickets need to be purchased at the Modern Woodmen District Office, 184 Webster St., for all activities and can only be picked up the week prior to the activity, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday to Thursday. For more information, call 782-1833.
