- Turner Memorial Post 111 recently presented a Blue Star Banner to Steven and Therese Michaud of Turner in honor of their son Jeff’s service in Iraq. From left are Steven Michaud; Therese Michaud; Ron Hiscock, commander; and Ed Lepage, adjutant. The honor was first bestowed in 1917 and has been awarded ever since to families with sons and daughters serving in a combat area.
