Unless otherwise noted, the following are to be arraigned on Oct. 5 in Rumford District Court:

 * Michelle A. Dias, 27, Rumford, operating under the influence and operating without a license, 6:03 p.m. Aug. 2 on Falmouth Street. She was released on $1,300 unsecured bail.

 * Sarah McLean, 27, Peru, operating after suspension, 4:51 p.m. July 30 on Franklin Street. She was released on $300 unsecured bail.
