BOSTON (AP) – An official says New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady was unhurt after a car accident in Boston.

The accident occurred near Brady’s home in Boston’s Back Bay area around 6:30 a.m. Thursday. The official was not authorized to release names and spoke to The Associated Press on the condition of anonymity.

The Boston Globe was reporting this morning that Brady’s sedan and a passenger van collided. A passenger in the van was unconscious and was removed from the van with mechanical cutting tools.
