LEWISTON — A Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated Monday for Blanche Brochu Legendre at Holy Family Church, following prayers at the Fortin Group Funeral Home. The Rev. Nathan March officiated and recited committal prayers at St. Peter’s Cemetery. The readings and prayer of the faithful were presented by Anne Brooks. The offertory gifts were brought to the altar by Anne and Lilia Brooks. Pallbearers were Kevin, Dana and James Brochu, Dr. Scott Lauze, Andy Brooks and Tom Flavey. A reception followed at the Chickadee Restaurant.
