RUMFORD — The following arrest was reported by the Rumford Police Department.

* Gary Rumley, 21, Rumford, operating under the influence, 1 a.m. Nov. 28 on Martin Road. Rumley posted $1,000 unsecured bail and will be arraigned on Feb. 8 in Rumford District Court.
