* Melissa Burnham, 37, Rumford, criminal trespass and refusal to submit to arrest or detention, 8:35 p.m. Nov. 29 on Essex Avenue. She was released on $800 unsecured bail and will be arraigned on Feb. 8 in Rumford District Court.
