Unless otherwise noted, the following are to be arraigned on Feb. 8 in Rumford District Court:

 * John McLaughlin, 38, Rumford, violation of protection from abuse, 2:26 p.m. Dec. 18 on Congress Street. He was released on $500 unsecured bail.

* Shannon Spaulding, 40, Mexico, warrant charging failure to appear on a charge of operating after suspension, 2:20 p.m. Dec. 16 on River Street. Spaulding was released on $250 cash bail. An arraignment date has yet to be set.

* Robert McKinnon, 31, Rumford, violation of a protection order, 11:40 p.m. Dec. 13 on Essex Avenue. He was released on $400 unsecured bail.
