RUMFORD — Selectmen have a light agenda for their first meeting of the new year at 7 p.m. Thursday at Rumford Falls Auditorium.

Under new business, the board will discuss the town budgeting process and revenue accounting, and decide whether to allow Public Works to use sidewalk snow removal equipment. Members will also decide whether to relocate parking spaces at the town snow dump on Rumford Avenue, and whether to hold a workshop to draft a new wind power ordinance.

The American Legion has asked permission from the board to have a Texas Hold ‘Em Tournament.

The board is slated to hold an executive session for a personnel matter with Town Manager Carlo Puiia.
