Lewiston — A Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated Saturday morning for Eva Gilbert at the Basilica of Saints Peter & Paul, following a public visitation and prayers at the Fortin Group Funeral Home.

The Rev. Nathan March celebrated the Mass and recited committal prayers at St. Peter’s Cemetery. Pallbearers were David St. Pierre, Rodney St. Pierre, Ken Cannell and Michel Lajoie. Arrangements were under the direction of the Fortin Group Funeral Home, Cremation and Monument Service, 70 Horton St., Lewiston.
