RANGELEY — Selectmen have narrowed their search for a new town manager to two candidates, interim Town Manager Karen Olivieri said.

The two were interviewed on Friday, she said.

Thirty-three applications were received for the position vacated by Perry Ellsworth town manager position in January. He left to become town manager of South Berwick.
