Peter and Marcia Jolicoeur of Greene try chocolate creations made by Stephanie Bernatchez, right, of Maine Gourmet Chocolates during the second annual chocoLArt fundraiser at the Hilton Garden Inn in Auburn on Sunday. Ten Maine businesses offered chocolate treats as people viewed artwork and listened to music during the benefit for the SeniorsPlus Meals on Wheels program. The Lewiston-based organization delivered 105,000 meals in 2010 to homebound elders and adults with disabilities, Connie Jones, director of community services, said. Winning the event’s People’s Choice Award was Sadie Blais of Rolly’s Diner & Catering. The judge’s Best Use of Chocolate Award went to the Hilton Garden Inn. Russell Park Rehabilitation & Living Center won for Best Display and the Bankery Bakery won the judge’s Blind Taste Award.
