LISBON — Slushy road conditions were blamed for a single-vehicle rollover on Upland Road on Tuesday morning.
Driver Theresa Gilliam, 46, of Casco sustained superficial cuts to the hand, and her 19-year-old daughter, Kianna, escaped apparent injury, Lisbon police officer Richard St. Amant said.
He said Gilliam was driving east on Upland Road when she skidded on slush, went off the right shoulder into brush and struck tree stumps before her car rolled. She was taken to a Lewiston hospital.
St. Amant estimated damage to her 2005 two-door Pontiac Sunbird at $6,000 in the 8:29 a.m. accident. No charges were filed.
