- Lewiston Public Works mechanic Todd Ledwell works on the cutting edge of a plow Thursday afternoon in preparation for an impending snowstorm. Ledwell, at the Public Works Garage on Adams Avenue, was rounding one of the corners of the cutting edges, which are replaced every two or three storms because they wear down from contact with the pavement.
