LISBON FALLS — A Mass of Christian burial was celebrated Saturday at Holy Trinity Catholic Church in Lisbon Falls for Maurice Fortier with the Rev. Lionel Chouinard officiating. Scripture readings were provided by Jenna Lee Hill and Brittany Studmire. Offertory gifts were brought to the altar by Cassidy Stevens, Nicole Fortier, Taska Studmire and Tyra Studmire. The Eulogy was given by Jerry Fortier.
Pallbearers were Richard Doustou, Dan Robitaille, and Jerry, Roland, Cody and Justin Fortier. The Maine National Honor Guard performed the Military Honors with the playing of taps, folding of the flag and the presentation of the flag to one of Maurice’s daughters, Pauline Robitaille. Burial will take place at 2 p.m. June 18 at St. Ann’s Cemetery, Lisbon. A service of Fortin Group Funeral Home, Cremation and Monument Services, 70 Horton St., Lewiston.
