ANSWER: You can go to Fabric Inn, 413 Wilton Road, Farmington, 778-4288. You can find out more about them at www.fabricinn.com and even see a calendar of activities. They are open Monday through Saturday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Sundays from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. They also service all makes, models, years and accept trade-ins.
For those closer to Lewiston-Auburn, you can have your machine repaired at Cote Bros. According to their website (www.cotesbrothers.com), Cote sold the retail part of their business to Creative Sewing Center. They service all makes, models, years and also offer trade-ins.
You can find them both at 730 Center St., Auburn, 782-5922. They are open Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Creative Sewing will be open Sundays in April (except for Easter) from noon to 3 p.m. for the Shop Hop, an opportunity for quilters to stock up on supplies and win prizes. You can find out more at their Facebook page.

ANSWER: Sun Spots assumes you are talking about Tim Wright. This same question popped up last December, and here is what Sun Spots found:
According to an Aug. 17 Portland Press Herald story at http://tinyurl.com/2wntvp5, Tim Wright left the Coast morning show:
“The station’s president, Cary Pahigian, confirmed Tuesday that Wright is no longer with the show but would not provide details.
“Wright, 48, did not want to discuss details of his departure either. But he did say his stint at the station had been ‘a fun 15 years’ and that he enjoyed working with his long-time co-host, Eva Matteson.”
“… Wright, a Lewiston native, first became a morning host on WMGX in 1995. … Before working at WMGX, Wright had also worked at WBLM (102.9 FM) as well as at stations in Lewiston.”
DEAR SUN SPOTS: I teach a class of 12 2- and 3-year-old children at Calvary Baptist Church every Sunday morning. I am looking for a couple of items that I could use for that class, including games called Elefun and Parachute.

DEAR SUN SPOTS: The Jackson-Silver Post No. 68 American Legion and Judith Grover Tent No. 17 DUVCW will host a Spring Fever Bingo evening at the Post hall on Gore Road in Greenwood on April 8. Doors open at 4 p.m., and games start at 6 p.m. Refreshments will be available.
