- A crewman from Maine Drilling and Blasting of Gardiner drills holes in ledge Tuesday morning beside Route 108 in Rumford prior to blasting the rock out. Traffic is reduced to one lane during the Maine Department of Transportation project by Pratt and Sons of Minot to provide a 10-foot snow storage shelf.
