PORTLAND, Maine (AP) — The New Hampshire court records of the investigation into the slaying of a Maine mother as part of what police say was a drug deal are going to be kept from the public for at least 90 days.

The ruling means that information about the death of 20-year-old Krista Dittmeyer contained in search warrant affidavits, the autopsy report and other investigative paperwork will not be made public in the near future.

New Hampshire Senior Assistant Attorney General Jane Young tells the Portland Press Herald prosecutors have 90 days to present the case to a grand jury for indictment.

On April 23 Dittmeyer’s car was found idling in the parking lot of a North Conway ski area with her 14-month-old baby unharmed inside. Dittmeyer’s body was found nearby four days later.
