MONTREAL — Rebecca Dean Howell has been accepted into the masters program in neuroscience at McGill University. She completed her undergraduate studies at McGill in 2010. Rebecca is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. William Howell, formerly of Lewiston and living in Stratham, N.H.
