RUMFORD — Three Maine comedians will offer up uncensored, stand-up comedy at 49 Franklin on Friday and Saturday, June 17-18. Performing “Comedy Rated R for Raunchy” will be host Brian Brinegar, Jeremie Remian and Paul Hunt.

Brinegar is a bold, animated storyteller who draws from his experiences as an office monkey and infomercial addict. Originally from Los Angeles, he performs throughout New England and can be seen on the Comedy Time Network.

He has been named Portland’s Best Comic for 2008, 2009 and 2010 by the Portland Phoenix.

Remian has moved up the charts as one of the state’s funniest magicians. Besides magic, his routines feature comedy, mind-reading and audience participation. In 2009, he was awarded the Ralph Greenwood Trophy for Comedy Magic by Portland’s Society of American Magicians.

Hunt has been performing stand-up comedy for 10 years. Originally from Maine, he started his career in Manhattan and has performed at clubs and colleges across the United States. His TV credits include “Last Comic Standing” and a national “Subway” commercial. He runs unrealcomedy.com, where his latest articles and videos are posted.
