FARMINGTON — Living Waters in Farmington will host The Maranantha Touring Choir from Fredericksburg, Va., at 7 p.m. Monday, July 11. They will be performing music and drama. The Farmington Baptist Church will be hosting the choir at 7 p.m. Tuesday, July 12.
The Wrecking will perform at Living Waters at 7:30 p.m. Friday, July 15. They are a Christian rock band and are dedicated to the abolition of child sex trafficking and exploitation. The Wrecking also works with International Justice Mission, a human rights agency that secures justice for victims of slavery, sexual exploitation and other forms of violent oppression.
On Saturday, July 16, at 10 a.m., Living Waters will be raising a 16-foot cross and there will be an open house and community BBQ with special music.
On Sunday, July 17, at 10:30 a.m., there will be a special Sunday service with music specials.
On Aug. 14-17 at 6:30 p.m., Living Waters will host a Kids Crusade with Eddie’s Friends Ministries, a unique ministry team with clowns and puppets. This event is open to “kids” of all ages.
Living Waters is hosting these events to bring the community together and celebrate the church moving to Farmington from Strong. The church is located next to Farmington Ford and Franklin Printing on Route 4. Living Waters has a bus available for transportation.
