- Staten Island painter Scott LoBaido checks the color of blue while in the midst of touching up a flag he painted on the roof of Tolman Associates at 240 Russell St. in Lewiston five years ago. LoBaido is taking a six-month tour across the United States to check on all 50 flags he painted in 2006. The flag in Lewiston is the 32nd he either touched up or replaced this year.
