WASHINGTON, D.C. — Lieutenant Carl A. Wilson, of Annapolis, Md., son of Christina M. Kelly of Poland Spring, Maine, will graduate July 29 from the National Intelligence University with his Master of Science in strategic intelligence.

Wilson spent 14 years as enlisted, then graduated from the U.S. Coast Guard Academy Officer Candidate School in 2003, and was commissioned as an Ensign.

Carl just celebrated his 22nd year anniversary with the U.S. Coast Guard, and will be moving with his wife and children for his next assignment in Homeland Security immediately after graduation.
