OXFORD — The Oxford County Education Association-Retired has announced the recipients for the OCEA-R Scholarships for the year 2010-11.

Meghan Bradley, Fryeburg Academy; Megean Bourgeois, Mountain Valley High School; Meredith Brown, Dirigo High School; and Matthew Farnum, Oxford Hills Comprehensive High School.
