WOODSTOCK — An 18-year-old man was arraigned Friday on charges he sexually assaulted a minor.

Tyler C. Moore, of 212 Curtis Hill Road in Woodstock, pleaded not guilty to two counts of gross sexual assault. He was released on personal recognizance with the condition he have no contact with the alleged victim or any child under 16 years old.

A grand jury charged that Moore had sex with a girl under the age of 14 in October and November 2010. Both charges are Class A and carry a maximum sentence of 40 years.

Moore was arrested Friday morning on the charge and released after his arraignment. He is set to appear in Oxford County Superior Court on Nov. 9.
